Neuromuscular Training

What are you training for?

In modern fitness conditioning, many of us are over focused on looking at the mirror. Typically, we make the mistake that somehow increased muscle size equates to real world capability.

Our ancestors didn’t train for aesthetics; they forged their bodies through the daily friction of survival and the functional demands of the weapon.

True strength is found in neuromuscular drive, where the brain coordinates with every muscle from the feet to the spear tip for speed, accuracy, and impact.
